Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Food products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Opened or partially consumed products cannot be accepted.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, leaking or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to availability.
